Job Description:
• Arranging interviews with potential candidates;
• Advertising job positions and organizing resumes and job applications;
• Preparing new employee files;
• Organizing and maintaining personnel records;
• Preparing HR documents;
• Maintaining and updating current HR files and databases;
• Deal with migration processes;
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor`s Degree in Human Resources/ Management;
• Minimum 1-year work related experience is needed;
• Strong administrative and organizational skills;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
• Highly organized with an ability to work under pressure and being able to multitask efficiency;
• Fluency in English. Knowledge of Greek and Russian will be considered as advantage;
• Excellent computer knowledge;
• Able to work as a team.
