RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Research and reply to Boss' requests including travel suggestions/accommodations, restaurant reservations, and other administrative tasks, with high sense of urgency and professionalism
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as calendar management, meeting planning, scheduling, and preparation of all meeting logistics.
• Assist with occasional special events hosted by Boss, including guest list management, RSVP's, catering etc.
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Make travel arrangement
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs
You need to be:
• service-oriented (work experience with exigent clients will be appreciated)
• ready to help employer and his family with different errands , sometimes 24/7
• experienced in acting as a first point of contact, organizing meetings and appointments,
booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation, organizing events and conferences
REQUIREMENTS:
• excellent ENGLISH is a must
• hold EU passport or have a good Visa history
• have driving license
• work in our office in Nicosia, Cyprus (we can provide work permit)
• ready to travel internationally for up to 2 months a year
Salary: 1,000 € to 1,500 € /month
